ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

Administration provides support services to the technical departments of the project. It comprises sections such as; Finance, Human Resource and office administration, stores and Logistics, and Information Technology.  The department is headed by a Director of Finance and Administration and has a team of 19 staff.
