INVITATION TO PRE – BID MEETING
MUWRP is Implementing a comprehensive HIV/ AIDS prevention care and treatment program in collaboration with Local Government structures, Faith Based Organizations, Community Based Organizations, Ministry of Health ,Ministry of Gender Labor and Social Development and other partners in the districts of Buikwe, Buvuma, Kayunga and Mukono. MUWRP seeks to engage qualified CBOs to support implementation of comprehensive community HIV interventions that target Key and, Priority Populations and Adolescent Girls and Young Women, in and out of School youth, and Orphans and Vulnerable Children.
A request for proposals (RFP) was sent out for all CBOs that are interested in working with MUWRP under the financial year 2018/2019. The funding period is one year renewable subject to excellent performance and availability of funding. Activities will be implemented in the four districts of Buvuma, Buikwe, Kayunga and Mukono focusing on prevention, care and treatment.
A half day pre bid meeting will take place for all interested potential sub grantees on Friday 29th June starting at 8.00 A.M to 12.00 P.M, at Venue (To be communicated)
Potential applicants are invited to attend this meeting and are expected to facilitate their teams to this meeting. Applicants are requested to submit the names of people (not more than TWO) that will attend this meeting before close of Business – Wednesday 27th June 2018 to facilitate planning
